STAGING CONSULTATION

  • Let our expert eyes help you maximize your property’s potential. A Design Consultant will walk through your home the way a buyer would. Everything from curb appeal to furniture placement will be considered. A homework list will be created, including recommendations such as paint color, lighting and household repairs.

PARTIAL REDESIGN

$450 - $750
  • Room transformations working with what you already have. A Design Consultant will begin with a consultation to determine the most important areas of the home to be staged. Furniture may be adjusted to make rooms feel larger, architectural details will be highlighted, and clutter and personal items removed.
Additional rental items at a monthly fee may be recommended. Some items such as rugs, bedding, and pillows we assist in purchasing (vs renting) for occupied homes.

FULL REDESIGN

$750 - $1250
  • You never get a second chance to make a first impression. After the initial consultation each room will be re-designed to highlight the home’s positive features. Utilizing existing furniture, art and accessories, our goal is to create the lifestyle your buyers seek.
