• Staging Consultation $150

  Let our expert eyes help you maximize your properties potential.

  A Positive Space Design Consultant will walk through your home the way a buyer would. Everything from curb appeal to furniture placement will be considered. As we walk and talk a homework list will be created including such recommendations as paint colour, lighting, and household repairs.

• Partial Staging $375

  Room transformations working with what you already have.

  We begin with a consultation to determine the three most important areas of the home to be staged. Furniture may be moved to make rooms feel larger, architectural details such as windows and fireplaces will be highlighted, clutter and personal items removed.

  Note: Additional rental items at a monthly fee may be recommended.

• Full Staging $795—$1195

  You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

  After the initial consultation and a careful study of the space each room will be re-designed to highlight the home's positive features. Utilizing existing furniture, art, and accessories, our goal is to create the lifestyle your buyers seek. Every detail will be show-home perfect. Professional photographs for your MLS listing are also included with the Full Staging Service.

Vacant Homes

Empty homes do not show well. Statistics show that 90% of buyers cannot visualize how furniture will fit in an empty space. Staging helps the potential buyer emotionally connect with a home as their home. Our vacant packages include the initial consultation, designer inventory, delivery, set-up, professional photography, and take down once the property has sold. Choose from one of our three packages, or call for a custom quote.
